Setting Up Office

One of the first practical tasks is to set up an office for the organization. If it is not immediately possible to rent an independent office space, one option is for the founder to set a separate office space in his or her own home. For most organizations, this naturally is a temporary solution. The key objective is to have a space that is clearly distinct from private activities.
